1. Your documents are never uploaded

The PDF tools process files entirely in your browser. The content of your documents never travels to our servers and is never stored.

2. Data we process

  • Account data: email, name and profile picture from your sign-in provider.
  • Subscription data: plan, status, start and expiration dates.
  • Payment data: amount, currency, status and transaction identifier. Card data is handled exclusively by Mercado Pago.
  • Support: messages, category, source of the inquiry and device type.
  • Rewards: ticket balance, entries, redemptions and contact details you provide for prize delivery.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to provide the Service, manage your license and billing, assist you through support and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and, for non-essential communications, your consent.

4. Processors

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and database, payment gateway (Mercado Pago) and transactional email delivery. We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete it, it moves to a history of deleted accounts with access restricted to the administrator and may be permanently erased upon request. Accounting records are kept for the legally required period.

6. Your rights

You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as request its portability, by writing to us through the support channel. We will respond within the timeframes set out by Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733.

7. Cookies and storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences and, if you arrived through an invitation, the referral code. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

Access to data is restricted through database-level rules: each user can only read and modify their own information, and sensitive operations are validated on the server.
