Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PDF Master Suite Pro (the “Service”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

The Service offers tools to merge, split, reorder, convert, compress and stamp PDF documents. File processing happens in your browser; we do not store the content of your documents.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the security of your credentials. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or make abusive use of the Service.

4. Plans, trial and payments

Plans are contracted for monthly, semiannual or annual periods, at the prices published on the Pricing page. The free trial period is available once per user. Charges are processed through Mercado Pago; we do not store your card data.

The license is activated once payment is confirmed and remains valid until the expiration date shown on your dashboard. You can cancel the renewal at any time; you will keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Rewards program

Tickets, raffles, redemptions and referrals are promotional benefits with no monetary value, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. We may modify or end the program, giving reasonable advance notice. Prizes are coordinated with the winner from their dashboard.

6. Permitted use

You may not resell the Service, attempt to bypass its access controls, use it for unlawful content, or automate its use in a way that degrades performance for other users.

7. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. The Service is provided “as is”, without implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; relevant changes are communicated within the application. These terms are governed by the laws of Peru and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lima, Peru.
